Following Dr. Bill Hettler, interdependent model, commonly referred as the Six Dimensions of Wellness Wheel:
Create six rings on a canvas and label with a wellness name that you need to work on such as: ( Physical; Social; Emotional; Spiritual; Occupational, Relationship, Family, Life discoveries, Visions & Self-care etc.)
After color each ring with one color of your choice; then add wellness symbols, signs collage props, and metaphors words, patterns or designs on each ring that represents achievements or challenges of this wellness. Finish with debriefing in your journal the process of each ring and indicate what is needed to balance your wheel.
